End User Access to View Support Tickets

Question: How do I see my tickets opened with Brainshark Support?


To login you need to go to https://brainshark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and sign-in.


If you do not have an account and you will need to create a Brainshark Support account.

1. Click the Sign In button

2. Towards the bottom of the popup click "Sign Up"

3. Enter the require information and select Sign Up.
