Change/Set Session Timeout

Any company administrator in the Brainshark site can change the site Session Timeout setting. The user will be automatically logged out if the session exceeds the Session Timeout time selected.

  1. Navigate to Administration
  2. Click on Manage company > General Preferences
  3. Scroll down to Session timeout > select desired timeout interval > submit

NOTE: Session timeout is a company-wide preference. This means that the session timeout will apply to views on all content stored within the site. 

Session timeouts that a company administrator can choose from are:

System Default (61 minutes), 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours.
