Edit New User Email Template

The New User email template can only be updated by someone with Company Administrator privileges. This is the email that will go out when adding users either individually or in bulk.

  1. Navigate to Administration
  2. Click on Manage Company > Mange Templates > Email Templates
  3. Scroll down to New User Email and make desired changes
  4. Click Submit

NOTE: Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the email body. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.

{{CompanyName}}
