You must be the author of a presentation or a company administrator to move a presentation.
There are 2 ways to move a presentation:
- Click on the presentation name or the More link and select Move to folder.
- Edit the presentation. Select the a new folder from the drop down Folder field.
You may move a presentation to any folder where you have authoring permissions. Moving a folder removes it from the original folder and places it in the new folder - it does not make a copy of the presentation. The presentation retains all of it's attributes including the presentation ID so there is not need to redistribute the link.
