Enabling completion certificates to be emailed to the viewer

To set up this feature so that your viewers will receive their completion certificates via email:

    1. Edit your presentation and make sure that "Require viewers to complete presentation" is selected and Saved under Presentation Properties.
    2. Choose Edit next to this option once it is selected.
    3. Set the completion criteria for the module
    4. At the bottom of the Completion Criteria setup page, you can select "Yes" for "Email certificate" in order for a follow up e-mail with the certificate to be sent to the viewers. Make sure to Save these changes.

Note: If Login is not required to view the presentation, you must require viewers to submit their e-mail addresses through a guestbook in order for Brainshark to know where to send the certificate.
