To set up this feature so that your viewers will receive their completion certificates via email:
- Edit your presentation and make sure that "Require viewers to complete presentation" is selected and Saved under Presentation Properties.
- Choose Edit next to this option once it is selected.
- Set the completion criteria for the module
- At the bottom of the Completion Criteria setup page, you can select "Yes" for "Email certificate" in order for a follow up e-mail with the certificate to be sent to the viewers. Make sure to Save these changes.
Note: If Login is not required to view the presentation, you must require viewers to submit their e-mail addresses through a guestbook in order for Brainshark to know where to send the certificate.
