Managing Author Photos

Here's how you can upload various author photos to build your image library:

  1. Select the My Media Library link
  2. Select Add Photo
  3. Browse to a .jpg or .gif with the photo you would like to use
  4. Select Save
  5. Enter a 'Presenter Name' and/or 'Presenter Title' if desired
  6. Select Save.

If you would like to upload a profile photo, please use the below steps.

  1. Select your Profile
  2. Edit Profile
  3. Scroll to the bottom where it says Change Image
  4. Click the upload box or drag and drop your desired photo from your computer files

Note: If you do not see the 'Use image library' radio button option, then the company administrator of the account has not allowed authors to set an author photo per slide as well as image branding.
