Why is there no SENT Activity in Salesforce after I send a presentation?

Problem:  After sending a presentation through the Brainshark CRM Connector for Salesforce a SENT activity is not being logged in Salesforce.

Solution:

Salesforce Admin will need verify the create task on send presentation is enabled.  Navigation to get to this setting:

Brainshark Setup-->App Settings
