How do I receive a Brainshark user account for my company's site?

For security reasons, Brainshark does not add users to client accounts. You must contact your Brainshark Company Administrator to be added as a user to your company's account.

If you do not know who your company administrator is, please contact Brainshark Support. With your permission, we will provide your contact information to the Company Administrator that we have on file for your company account, so they can contact you regarding an account.
