For security reasons, Brainshark does not add users to client accounts. You must contact your Brainshark Company Administrator to be added as a user to your company's account.
If you do not know who your company administrator is:
- Please contact Brainshark Support
- Brainshark Support will reply requesting permission to share your contact information with your Company Administrator.
- Brainshark Support will then reach out to your Company Administrator requesting they reach back out to you directly to advise further on creating an account.
- Brainshark Support will continue to follow up until your account is created, or the Company Administrator has provided additional information.
If your Company Administrator creates your account we strongly recommend visiting our Training portal to view helpful videos on how to use Brainshark.
