Brainshark makes it easy for you to manage any emails that you receive from us.
To edit your Brainshark communication preferences:
- Log into your Brainshark account
- Click on your username in the upper righthand corner of your account
- From the drop-down menu, select Edit Profile
- If you do not see this option your Company Administrator has not enabled the setting to allow users to edit their profile. You will need to contact your Company Administrator for assistance with editing your communication preferences.
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile and select Communication Preferences
- Please select or deselect which settings you would like to enable. Please see the image below outlining the available settings:
- Select Save
