Brainshark publishing in Chatter not appearing for everyone

In some SFDC environments the Salesforce Admin or other users may not be able to see the Brainshark Publishing feature even after the Global Publisher Layout has been modified to include it. Here is how to fix it.

 

1. Go to Manage Users in SFDC

2. Click on the user of a person that is having this problem.

3. Click edit page layout at the top right.

4. Drag the Brainshark component listed in Quick Actions to the Salesforce Classic publisher layout.

5. Save or Quick Save the layout.
