Connector Setting is Red but working

Connector Settings is showing Red indicating that the connection is Not working But when you access Learning or Portal view in SF content loads.

This is because they have multiple ID's in the Salesforce Settings that need to be deleted. 

So if you see that the Connector Settings is Red but they are still able to access Brainshark through SF using the sync then this indicates that they have multiple Settings objects that need to be removed under Brainshark Settings. 



If you see more than one they need to be deleted to resolve the situation.
