If you are experiencing issues with viewing Brainshark content or accessing Brainshark in Internet Explorer, you may have to disable the Compatibility View. The Compatibility View setting is not currently supported in Brainshark and will need to be disabled in order to properly view content.
To disable Compatibility View:
- Click the Tools button shown as a Gear icon (in the top right corner of IE) and select Compatibility View Settings
- Ensure that Display intranet sites in Compatibility View is disabled, and then click Close.
Note: You must close your browser for the changes to take effect.
