Browser security policies impact whether or not videos auto-play or require the viewer to press the play button. Auto-play policies are different for each supported browser and cannot be changed by Brainshark. Any inconsistency in playback is due to these browser based policies.
There will always be a Brainshark play button available on the screen if the specified video does not auto-play in any given browser.
