How do I contact Brainshark's front desk?

If you need to reach out to a Brainshark employee or if you have questions unrelated to Brainshark Support, you can reach out to Brainshark's front desk.

To call Brainshark's Front desk:

1. Dial the front desk number (781)-370-8000
2. Listen to the menu options presented and dial one of the following:

Button to Dial	Call will direct to the following location
If you know your party's extension, dial it now.	Contacts user with that extension directly.
1	For Sales.
2	For Support.
3	To dial by name.
4	To leave a voicemail. Note: choose this option if you are unsure which option to dial. Our team will direct your call accordingly.
*	To listen to the menu options again
