If you have uploaded content to Brainshark under your account, and moved it to a different folder location but are unable to locate it in your My Content tab after, you may not have the proper permissions needed for that new content folder.
If you are able to choose a different folder as the destination of content, you may have administrative access to that folder. However, if you do not have authoring access to that folder then you will be unable to see the content within your My Content tab.
In order to gain authoring permissions to the folder, you will need to contact your Company Administrator to have these permissions enabled. Once you have authoring permissions to the folder, you will see the content in your My Content tab.
