The default Brainshark Template Completion Certificate can be modified for presentations, courses and curriculums.
Company Administrators can modify the completion certificate through Administration.
- Navigate to Administration
- Select Manage Templates
- Select Certificate Templates
- In the text boxes, customize the default text displayed when a completion certificate has been enabled.
- Please do not edit the default parameters: <<PresentationTitle>>, <<CourseName>>, <<CurriculumName>> as these will be replaced with “live” data.
- Click Submit.
Learning Authors can customize the Brainshark Template default certificate for courses and curriculums through Learning.
- Navigate to Learning
- Select Authoring and then My Courses & Curriculums
- Locate the desired course or curriculum and click the 3 vertical dots
- Click Edit Course/Curriculum
- If a course, click the Completion Criteria tab
- If a curriculum, click the Certificate tab
- In the Certificate Message text box, customize the default text displayed when a completion certificate has been enabled.
- Please do not edit the default parameters: <<CourseName>>, <<CurriculumName>> as these will be replaced with “live” data.
- Click Submit
