If you are a Company Administrator, you will be able to find a list of all Folder Administrators in your Brainshark site through the reporting tab.
To generate a list of all Folder Administrators:
- Select the Reporting tab
- In the left-hand menu under Standard Reports, select Administration
- Select the Users by Folder report
- Select the Report Options tab
- Choose the main company folder and then select Include Subfolders
- Select Run Report
- In the CSV file generated, select column "H" titled "Administrator"
- "Yes" in this column shows the user is a Folder Administrator
- "No" in this column shows the user not a Folder Administrator
- Filter this report to show only the word "Yes" in this column. After, the remaining list will show all Folder Administrators.
