When content that was originally created in Brainshark is opened in a third party Learning Management System, it is currently expected behavior for a "Preview" window to open before the content is launched.
You may need to allow pop-ups or disable your web browser's pop-up blocker in order to have the content fully launch from the Learning Management System. Blocking pop-ups in a web browser could prevent the content from fully loading.
