The Wednesday Weekly Roundup email is an email sent out that goes over the latest news, product updates, customer webinars, tips & best practices, and more. If you would like to receive this email email each week, you can subscribe to email notifications.
To subscribe to the Wednesday Weekly Roundup email:
- Navigate to the Wednesday Weekly Roundup section of the Brainshark Customer community Site by clicking the following link: Brainshark Wednesday Weekly Roundup.
- Click Follow as shown in the screenshot below
- After, you will be prompted to login to your Brainshark Zendesk account to sign up for these notifications. You will have three options on how you can login depending on if you have an account yet or do not:
- If you already have a Brainshark Zendesk account, enter your email address and password and select Sign In.
- If you're unsure if you have an account, but you have communicated with Brainshark Support staff through email previously, you're already registered. Click Get a Password or Forgot Password to receive a new password or reset your password..
- If you do not have a Brainshark Zendesk account and have not communicated with Brainshark Support staff through email previously, click Sign Up
