For Coaching Participants, some or all of our users are submitting their activities via the Mobile App but they aren't seeing the option to record their screen or upload a document even though I enabled this from the Activity Settings. Why aren't they seeing these options?
When submitting content through the Mobile App, Participants will only have the ability to record using their camera or uploading a video from their device. This is due to a limitation of the app and how it handles document uploads and use the Brainshark Screen Recording extension as this is only available on Chrome.
As a workaround to this - your participants can still access these options through their mobile browser, including screen recording if they're using Chrome.
