As a participant in a coaching activity that has Machine Analysis enabled, you may receive a message that says "Error in transcription process" (see screenshot below) after attempting to submit your video.
This message usually occurs if the video file that is submitted does not have any audio. For the Machine Analysis to process the transcription, there will need to be audio on your video file. You will need to re-record your submission and ensure there is audio, then re-submit the video to complete your activity.
