To qualify for the monthly $25 Amazon gift card drawing, simply create a new posting or comment on any posting on the Customer Community site.
- You will need to have a Brainshark Support account to enter (simply click on any Sign in link to create one)
- Every post and comment = 1 entry
- No limit to the number of entries
- No limit to the number of times you can win
Creating a New Post
To create a post on the Community site, you can use any New post button. You will see these buttons on the home page as well as on the Topic section pages.
Once you click on the New post button, simply follow these steps:
- Give your post a Title by typing within the Title box
- Fill in your posting details (the more specific you are, the easier it will be to receive a response)
- Choose a Topic from the picker list (Announcements, Customer Connection, or Tips & Best Practices)
- Choose a Product Area from the picker list (Administration, Coaching/Practicing, Content Creation, Integrations, Reporting, Sales Enablement, or Training)
- Once you have checked your post and are satisfied, click on the Submit button
- Our professional team will review the content first and then once approved, it will be displayed in the forum for all to see
Commenting on a Post
Look for the Comments box below the post. Write your comments within the box. You can even insert an image or hyperlink by clicking on those icons within the comment box. Once you have checked your comments and are satisfied, click on the Submit button.
