    Great webinar that was easy to follow along with and take notes. The seven steps were clearly defined and broken down in a way that makes them easily applicable to both an entire onboarding program and even smaller, micro training initiatives that may take place throughout the year. It's fantastic to see that the session is being followed up with a live and hands-on training workshop, too!

    Thank you for the feedback Kealey!  Amy does a great job of breaking down complicated tasks into sections so they can be digested, acted upon and are less anxiety provoking.  I hope you can make it for the live session.  If you have any ideas of topics you might like to have us cover in a future webinar - we would love to hear about it.

    The '7 Steps to Creating an Effective Training Program' webinar was fantastic! It was extremely motivating and got me thinking about the process in a different way. I was one of those people who was focusing only on content and how to best organize the content into courses and curricula. Thank you for the new perspective and plan. I am looking forward to attending the in-person workshops in October.
