    We've never implemented "group manager" functions with the people who would actually be group managers. The reporting on and enrollment of group members is done by me, with assistance from a learning admin. Will expand this as we develop and roll out a new technical enablement program mid-Q1.

    That sounds like a great program coming next year.  We are currently working on enhancements for the Team Dashboards that will make them even more valuable for those group managers to be able to locate and drill into.  The benefit to them is more data at their fingertips and the benefit for you being that it could reduce the reporting that you have to do and distribute.
