User accounts are created in Brainshark for people who need to view private presentations, courses or coaching activities (Viewers) or for those who will be creating content (Authors). The accounts are created by the Brainshark Company Administrator, and the administrators assign the permissions to these accounts.
User accounts can be added in any one of several ways:
• Batch Upload
• Manual Entry
