Our Customer Success and Technical Support teams are online and fully equipped and prepared to continue to provide technical support and program guidance to help you meet your business objectives.
Brainshark’s business operations will continue without interruption and we do not anticipate any impact to our customers. We will continue to move forward with product development and the upcoming releases of new features and functionalities as planned.
We will continue to protect the safety and wellness of our employees and their families until this crisis has passed and to that end we have restricted all travel and mandated remote working for all employees. We will continue to monitor the pandemic and we will respond accordingly with any necessary actions.
