This is a great question.  On the "Presentation Properties" tab when editting a presentation, you have the option to:  "

Require viewers to complete presentation" - Put a check mark in that box and it will open the page up to provide the requirements for completion.  if there are no Examination questions, then there is no ability to get a score. So no Score criteria should be set.  If a Score is in the box, no one will receive completion because they will not be able to achieve a score.  You should also pose this question to our Support department who can walk you through other possibilities if this one does not work.  to contact our Support team, click on this link:  https://brainshark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020801812-How-do-I-contact-Brainshark-Support-

Rachel -  This needs to be troubleshooted and you should contact the Support department to work it through.  They will ask you for teh SCORM file you created and uploaded into your LMS.  It looks like completion is happening in Brainshark but the LMS is not reading that completion.  So it may be something with the SCORM file from Brainshark or it may be something in your LMS system.  These types of investigations need to be worked out through our Support department. They are very responsive and will be able to investigate this problem further.  This site is more of a community forum of Best Practices and not Troubleshooting problems.  Our Support Team can request access to your system as well if needed to investigate further.  As I said, there may be other reasons that need further investigation:  https://brainshark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020801812-How-do-I-contact-Brainshark-Support-
