The last thing salespeople want is another boring meeting, taking a little time before the meeting to come up with some engaging strategies is super smart to make sure your employees are active and listening.

    Thank you for sharing Morgan McDonal.  The last thing anyone wants is a boring meeting.  With QBR meetings, as with all meetings/conversations, preparation is critical for making sure the conversation has a point, sticks to the point, makes the point and in the end is on point.  If you see or hear any interesting approaches, please let us know.
