    This is a great example of taking readiness to the next level.  David is not only focused on delivering the learning and checking on the knowledge retained, but he is using coaching to make sure that the reps can take the learning and apply it their work everyday.  He knows if they are READY.  And he can identify gaps if they exist and focus on improving skills and improving performance.
